ABOUT AUTHORS
Adv. (Dr.) Poykayil V. Madhuripan Pillai is a distinguished Senior Advocate and nationally recognized legal scholar, whose remarkable legal journey spans over four decades. A commanding presence in India’s legal fraternity, he is celebrated for his rare blend of intellectual depth and courtroom brilliance. Holding a Master’s degree in Sociology, LL.B., and an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), he also First Rank the University of Kerala in his Postgraduate Diploma in Criminology and Criminal Justice Administration and toper in Banking and Commercial law. In recognition of his outstanding contribution to law and justice, he was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Law.

Dr. N. Krishna Kumar currently serves as the Secretary to the Kerala Legislative Assembly, a constitutional office attained after an illustrious career in legal academia and public service. He has previously held the post of Principal of Government Law College, Kozhikode, and served as Associate Professor of Law at Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, contributing significantly to legal education, legislative training, and institutional reform in Kerala.

Manu Krishna S. K. is a law graduate from Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, where he was a University Rank Holder in B.A. LL.B. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with specialization in Public Law and Intellectual Property Rights from the Department of Law, University of Kerala, and is a qualified candidate under the UGC-NET in Law.
